AIRTIME’s A4P solution enables busy professionals to capture and track their mobile activities immediately upon their completion on their mobile devices. Through phone call capture, email capture, and manual time entry, all out of office time is logged on the mobile device and submitted to the enterprise timekeeping system.

A4P is deployed within organizations of all sizes. The AIRTIME system communicates with all enterprise timekeeping systems and gives the user access to client and project billing codes. The software allows the user to track and submit the amount of time they spend on client projects.

The TimeNote feature allows a professional to submit the time spent on out of office tasks such as meetings, research, or travel. The time entry is submitted wirelessly from the mobile device into the timekeeping system.

After the user completes a call or email, A4P triggers a new time entry. A new form is created with many field pre-populated and the user may elect to submit the time or cancel the form. Submitted time flows into the enterprise timekeeping system.

A4P allows professionals who bill for their time to capture all client-related activities while in or out of the office.
